Two brothers: an “old boy” and an “iron lady” who want to express their own ideas with small productions of wine.

We are négociant and so we like to introduce ourselves to the market.
For us, wine is a representation of life: everything in the vineyard and in the cellar has its own times. The producer observes and takes care of all aspects of his vineyard because it knows which wine he can create with its own hands. We also like to think that wine is also culture; in each bottle you can find the values a producer believes in.

We have the desire and curiosity to experiment, to share the process of creating a wine and obtaining “our creature”; to see how spontaneous fermentation starts and follows all its evolution; to know how sparkling wines are obtained and how create them with well-defined notes; to convey an emotion to all those who will taste our wine.

Classic grapes for classic methods, though thinking about ripe and with grapes maceration.
The particular color of the wine derives from the important maturation of the pinot noir and not from maceration.

Ancestral bottled from the first fermentation of Durella, from vineyards of Durella 40 years from volcanic soil at 420 m. s.l.m. in Calvarina.
